Duties:
- Manage the planning, development, and execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for major complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies or complicated fielding requirements.
- Responsible for cradle to grave intensive product support management to support complex, major weapon systems from concept through field deployment.
- Plans for and manages Transition to Sustainment.
- Manages the processes of planning, directing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating Integrated Product Support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Develops and ensures the implementation of corrective actions and changes to the product support strategy to reflect new requirements and technologies.
- Coordinates with stakeholders of other commands, DOD components, and contractors.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
- Oneyear probationary period may be required.

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
- This position requires submission of Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
- This position is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectees must meet position requirements for Practitioner certification in Acquisition Career Field Logistics within 60 months for entrance on duty.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS11).
Education:
