- Experience in insurance industry in a must
- Thorough knowledge at expert level in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
- Must be a proficient user of Excel, including creating formulas.
- Ability to engage with individuals of all levels of authority, within the organization as well as outside companies, in a courteous, professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask various assignments and maintain project completions by due date.
- Expert knowledge of computer navigation skills
