We are currently looking for a:
IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
(Desktop Infrastructure)
Full-time

Your main tasks will include:

Client management of the desktop infrastructure, from deployment to rollout
Management of mobile devices using mobile device management
Administration of the telephone system and unified communication platform in collaboration with external partners
Administration of the antivirus solution for the client infrastructure
Planning and conception for the further development of the existing IT landscape in the area of desktop infrastructure
Analysis and resolution of disruptions in daytoday operations
Processing and resolution of tickets, including documentation, particularly in second and thirdlevel support
Communication and coordination with service providers
Participation in the implementation of IT projects, particularly for the further digitalization of the district office's infrastructure
