Job Summary:
The Foreman/Supervisor will organize and manage a team of installers and assistance at the job site. This includes commercial and residential installs. The Foreman/Supervisor serve as the liaison between the Company and the Contractors or final customer.

• Duties/Responsibilities :_
• Leads a team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management, provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Communicates and collaborates with the Quality Specialist.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Education and experience:_
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Pay:
$55,000.00 per year
