PFC Farms, Agriculture Farm Management involves a range of responsibilities related to the cultivation and care of crops.


Here are some key aspects:
1.


Hands-on Plant Care: Engage in practical tasks related to plant care, including planting, watering, and ensuring proper nutrition for crops.

This may involve both field and greenhouse work, depending on the farm's setup.

2.


Cultivation Practices:
Foster sustainable and organic cultivation practices.

This includes adhering to environmentally friendly methods, minimizing the use of synthetic chemicals, and promoting the health and resilience of the crops.

3.


Crop Planning:
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute crop cycles.

This involves deciding which crops to plant, when to plant them, and how to rotate crops to maintain soil fertility and prevent pest issues.

Harvesting and Processing:
Participate in the harvesting of crops at the appropriate time for optimal freshness and quality. Depending on the farm's activities, you may also be involved in processing crops for sale or distribution.

Quality Control:
Implement measures to ensure the quality of the farm's produce. This includes monitoring for pests and diseases, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining high standards for the final products.

Equipment Operation:

Depending on the farm's scale and operations, you may be involved in operating and maintaining agricultural equipment such as tractors, plows, or irrigation systems.

Participating in Agriculture Farm Management, you'll contribute to the success of feeding disadvantaged communities with PFC Farms and you are taught play a vital role in promoting environmentally conscious and sustainable farming practices.

Pay:
$ $300.00 per day
