We are currently seeking a Business Development and Strategy Control Officer (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Hannover, starting as soon as possible.


Here's what you can look forward to:
You will work on strategic issues with the executive board and provide the basis for the strategy process.

Together with the executive board and managers, you will determine strategic objectives and develop conditions and requirements for company development.

You will address strategic issues and provide insights into strategic developments based on indicators and key figures.

You will further develop the strategy process holistically and be responsible for the process until reporting; for this, you will be in constant exchange with key stakeholders.

You will unlock the potential of the strategy through motivating implementation workshops for those involved.
