Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our teamOur Services:
- Chiropractic Care
- Acupuncture Therapeutic Exercise
- Functional Medicine
- Weight Loss
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Data entry
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient flow
- Organization and the utilization of common office programs (Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe)
- Utilize Chirotouch or similar systems for administrative tasks (experience is a plus)
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Problem solver
- Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
