HOSPITALITY AMBASSADOR


The Hospitality Ambassador's mission is to support the successful execution of our hospitality services, locally and nationally, by providing exceptional service, maintaining a professional standard that differentiates from our competitors and being an integral part of a team that are enthusiastic, adaptable, and engaging.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Hospitality Ambassador supports our hospitality management team in executing our hospitality services and equipment at tradeshows.

They execute the company's standard operating procedures including:

  • Supports service by preparing espressobased and trendy beverages, as well as specialty food items within tradeshow booth at events nationwide.
  • Greet guests and represent our customer's brands in a professional manner.
  • Works with the Operations team to execute assigned tasks.
  • Adheres to company polices on food/beverage preparation, serving, portion control, service and other hospitality standard and guidelines (uniform, grooming, travel protocols).
  • National events include travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multiday hospitality events to support.
  • Available to support 1015 plus events per year. Each event is approximately 3 days plus travel and can encompass both weekday and weekend events.
  • Communicates in a professional manner that represents company values.
  • Adheres to company safety and expense policies.
  • Provides feedback on areas of improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Experience with Food & Beverage services.
  • Available weekends and some evenings during our high season (March
  • June and mid Sept early December).
  • Can work in a highly autonomous setting and is a selfstarter.
  • Strong verbal communication and followup skills.
  • Ability to travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multiday hospitality events.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. + with mínimal support.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours for multiple days in a row.
  • Hospitality management, barista, culinary or baking background a plus.

$25.00 per hour
