Position Summary:


  • A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting, recording, putting away shipments of raw material or products, and picking goods from various locations to deliver to production departments.
  • You will be responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders.
  • A warehouse Associate must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload trucks and containers as well as the clerical skills to update records as needed.

1st Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm (Peak Schedule Varies)

Pay Rate:
$15.00 hourly

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt Unload packages from incoming trucks Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.) Label deliveries and store them in their designated place Pick materials from storage locations and deliver to various production departments. Keeping the area clean, and adhering to all safety guidelines


Requirements:


Qualifications for Warehouse Specialist:


  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position
  • Experience in operating forklifts
  • Basic math and recording abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good physical condition
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
