HR administrator with responsibility for our internal team, for a permanent position with the following reference number:
M23094.


Your tasks will include:

  • Managing and carrying out all administrative tasks related to personnel management
  • Providing support for employees from onboarding to offboarding
  • Handling new hires, contract changes, and terminations
  • Creating and maintaining digital personnel files
  • Implementing collective bargaining agreements and making necessary adjustments
  • Processing time sheets
  • Preparing and finalizing payroll in close cooperation with the tax office
  • Conducting tax and social security assessments
  • Monitoring and tracking deadlines
  • Creating invoices and managing reminders
  • Managing contracts and forms
  • Corresponding with authorities and providing support during audits
  • Acting as a substitute when needed
