    Our Tacoma, WA location is looking for a Full-Time Mechanical Repair Associate
    This is a Monday-Friday position with the shift of 6:30 am - 3:00 pm with opportunity of daily and weekend overtime

    Competitive pay at $26.33 per hour with annual increases per the Collective Bargaining Agreement

    Summary of Position:


    This position is responsible for performing diagnosis, repair, replacement, and maintenance tasks as well as installation work in the Accessory Department.


    Job Requirements:
    2 to 4 years' experience on the job or college degree in automotive repair.
    12th grade reading and writing skills.
    Computer skills.
    Follow directions, both written and verbal.
    Good visual ability.
    Positively represent AWC.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Understand Company and Customer requirements.
    Valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to drive manual transmission.
    Ability to read and understand SDS

    Preferred Qualifications

    ASE Certified Master Technician.
    Engine Repair
    Automatic Trans/Transaxle.
    Manual Drive Train and Axles.
    Suspension and Steering.
    Electrical/Electrical Systems.
    Heating & Air Conditioning.
    Engine Performance
    Previous experience with KDS

    Have 2-4 years' experience on job or college degree in automotive repair
    ASE Certified Master Technician.
    Must be able to pass background check
