Building Maintenance Technician, Braintree - Flatley Management Company

Flatley Management Company a leader in real estate management is seeking a full-time, Monday -Friday schedule, Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in performing the daily operations of commercial buildings and grounds.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Dependable and selfmotivated
• Handson experience diagnosing and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems a plus
• Professional appearance and friendly
• Basic clerical and computer skills

Position Requirements

• Daily interaction with tenants and contractors
• Hands on maintenance, repair work, and snow removal
• Assess and complete tenant maintenance requests or make recommendations for repair
• Overtime when required
• Work closely with Property Manager and contractors to ensure satisfaction of tenants
