What to expect

As a (Senior) Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams, acquiring new customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of assigned projects.

  • You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing regular communication, assistance with inquiries, and problem-solving.
  • You will be responsible for creating customized proposals for potential clients based on their needs and goals.
  • You will support the sales teams in conducting sales presentations, client visits, and negotiations.
  • You will handle data management, including maintaining and updating customer databases and sales materials, as well as revenue reporting.
  • You will conduct competitive analyses to identify the strategies, offerings, and strengths of competitors and use this information to inform appropriate actions.
  • You will assist in coordinating and implementing sales projects, such as product launches, campaigns, or promotions.

Your qualifications

  • You have experience in data management, including maintaining and updating customer databases and sales materials, as well as revenue reporting.
