Our company offers individual, tailored solutions for the housing industry, operates nationwide as well as in some EU countries, and has several branches. In addition, we distribute, rent, install, and maintain high-quality consumption monitoring devices from well-known manufacturers, as well as our own products, and advise our customers on the selection of suitable measurement equipment from an economic perspective.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Zweibrücken.

Ideally, you have completed training as a plumber or heating engineer, have good manual skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working with people.
You are familiar with working in a service-oriented manner and are willing to work overtime during peak times.

Your responsibilities:

  • Installation and removal of consumption monitoring devices for heating and water
  • Installation and maintenance of smoke detectors according to DIN standards
  • Reading of consumption monitoring devices and documentation using our in-house smartphone app

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed training as a plumber or heating engineer
