    Description
    Provide comprehensive application support for Streamsets pipelines, Kafka platform, and Java applications.

    Address issues promptly, ensuring seamless functioning and performance optimization.

    Continuously monitor the performance of Streamsets pipelines, Kafka platform, and Java applications. Identify performance bottlenecks, fine-tune configurations, and implement enhancements to ensure the efficient and reliable processing of data.

    Effectively resolve incidents and support tickets based on their priority. Employ your technical expertise to troubleshoot and rectify issues, minimizing disruptions and ensuring consistent service delivery.

    Serve as a pivotal link between onsite and offshore teams, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation. Bridge the geographical gap to ensure unified efforts and successful project execution.

    Construct robust data pipelines within the Azure Data Factory framework. Transform and move data efficiently, contributing to the organization's data integration and processing capabilities. 6.Engineer Azure functions to seamlessly read from and write data to external applications via Event Hubs.

    Facilitate data exchange while maintaining high standards of efficiency and reliability.

    Collaborate closely with development teams to gain profound insights into application architecture, codebase, and upcoming changes. Offer valuable operational perspectives, ensuring a harmonious integration of development and operations.

    Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation, encompassing troubleshooting guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

    These resources streamline support activities and foster consistent, effective problem-solving approaches.

    Actively engage in post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and initiatives for process enhancement. Proactively identify recurring issues, collaborating with colleagues to implement proactive measures.

    Recognize repetitive tasks in the support and maintenance workflow and craft automation scripts or workflows. Enhance operational efficiency, reducing the potential for human errors and optimizing resource utilization.

    Establish effective lines of communication with vendors and third-party providers. Resolve issues efficiently, implement updates, and ensure alignment with organizational needs to maintain product and service quality.

    Evaluate proposed changes to applications, pipelines, and infrastructure rigorously. Ensure adherence to robust testing and established change management protocols, safeguarding system integrity and stability.
