Your tasks

  • IT administration in the Microsoft environment
  • Personal and telephone support for the user helpdesk
  • Installation, maintenance, and configuration of Microsoft server and client systems
  • Conducting diagnostics to identify, record, and troubleshoot hardware and software errors
  • System administration and operation of applications from server systems and security
  • Performing regular operations to back up data and restore data in case of loss
  • Installation of hardware and software
  • Participation in internal IT projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed education with an IT background or first professional experience in the desired area
  • Existing expertise in IT infrastructure and Microsoft server technologies (Active Directory)
  • User knowledge in hardware and software administration
  • Knowledge in network configuration, user support, rights management/administration, and implementation of security and data protection standards in information processing
  • Knowledge in PowerShell and Office365 is an advantage
  • Teamwork, resilience, and reliability
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Enjoyment of new technologies and seeking new challenges in the IT field
