- Investigate and respond to patient/family member complaints promptly.
- Documents patients' complaints in the Complaint Tracking Systems.
- Run reports analytics of Patient Satisfaction data.
- Expedite services Limited English Proficiency population, ensuring interpretive services are provided.
- Perform daily rounding on assigned units visiting the new admissions.
- Answer incoming calls regarding patient complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for adhering to the complaint management process for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with key department heads to identify issues and develop action plans to address improve the patient experience.
- Bachelor's degree with two years' experience, or actively working towards obtaining a degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Project Management experience.
- Team Facilitation experience.
- Bilingual
