Seeking Full-Time Client Relations Manager for Mental Health Practice

• Remote Hybrid Position
• 5 to 10 hours per week inperson, inoffice days/times flexible
• Fulltime with benefits, 35 hours per week
• Monday thru Thursday 9:00am4:30pm, Friday 9:00am2:00pm

Mental Health Private Practice seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to handle our administrative office.

You will be our first point of contact for new clients gently guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns.

You'll also be assisting our current clients with their needs and oversee general communications within the company.

We'd like to meet you if you are an excellent communicator who's able to grasp client's needs and maintain a calm and supportive demeanor during all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming new client appointment requests
• Review insurance benefits and thoroughly explain financial responsibility to clients
• Maintain and update client accounts as needed
• Assist with billing collections or past due accounts as needed
• Address clients' needs in a timely and supportive manner
• Collaborate and support our internal teams (e.g. clinical directors) to address clients' needs and administrative issues.
• Assist Director of Operations with inoffice tasks as needed.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• Background in customer service; healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
• Must be empathetic to individuals with mental health struggles
• A customeroriented, positive attitude
• Ability to handle assigned daily tasks timely and efficiently with great attention to detail
• Problemsolving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Strong multitasking skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel and experience with EHR systems a plus
