Laundry Technology - Deployment Specialist

Caldwell & Gregory, a leading commercial laundry company, seeks a dedicated Laundry Technology - Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a high school graduate who is eager to embark on a career in technology within the laundry industry.

As a Deployment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our laundry solutions, ensuring they meet the high standards our clients expect from us.

Your work will involve a blend of technical setup, project support, and customer service, contributing to the seamless operation and satisfaction that Caldwell & Gregory is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Deployment:Execute the setup and configuration of backend systems to support deployed devices with client locations. As well as ensure seamless integration and functionality of deployed technologies.

Data Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain data records, ensuring naming conventions are consistent across all platforms for reliability.

System Updates:Efficiently process updates as required, ensuring all machines and systems are current and up to date.

Project Assistance and Data Entry: Provide support in project management tasks, including meticulous data entry as well as maintain record updates.

Report Generation:Generate precise reports for internal departments to support their objectives and strategies.

Support Escalation:Serve as a point of escalation for the Customer Service team, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned.

What We are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in technology, especially in payment and laundry systems.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various departments.
• Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
• Experience in customer service and support, with the ability to handle escalated issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Detailoriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering highquality results.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
