The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel including Prairie Kitchen & Bar (3-meal full service restaurant with bar) and MPLS Market (coffee bar with quick order food and sundries).
The Assistant Outlets Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague training, development, and coaching, internal and external communication, and guest experience management.
