    How You Will Make an Impact as a Patient Services Representative:

    • The Patient Services Representative serves as the face of ADVENT, engaging with patients at different stages of their treatment process
    • Welcoming and accurately registering patients into the EHR system following established protocols
    • Facilitating the ordering of Sleep Study devices through the system
    • Uploading sleep study reports into the system
    • Reviewing upcoming clinic schedules to ensure proper insurance coverage and essential patient documents are in place
    • Scheduling patient appointments
    • Handling call center inquiries to provide additional support when needed
    • Responsible for opening and closing the clinic following defined guidelines
    • Ensuring thorough documentation, receiving patient payments as per insurance guidelines, and collaborating with clinic team members to manage the daily schedule
    • Procuring medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as required, following the established procedures
    • Being prepared to train as a Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant based on the clinic's requirements

    What We're Looking for in a Patient Services Representative:

    • Prior experience in the medical field is preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting
    • Background in, or willingness to be held accountable for, performance metrics related to quality
    • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
    • Proficiency in technology, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Records
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
    • Capacity to solve problems in a solution-oriented manner
    • Strong work ethic, team commitment, positive attitude, and a readiness to accomplish tasks
