We are looking for an Application Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Aichach on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complaint management: You will organize internal processes for our complaint management.
  • Complaint processing: In addition, you will handle the assessment and write statements for complaints.
  • Custom solutions: You will develop customerspecific custom solutions in collaboration with product management.
  • Appointment coordination: You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating customer appointments.
  • Order processing: Your tasks will also include coordinating and tracking processed orders.
  • Further development: You will support the further development of our service concept for customer retention and expand our network of service providers in the DACH region.

Requirements:

  • With a completed technical or trade apprenticeship, you have a good foundation for this position.
