Job Description

Join our entrepreneurial team in Andover and help us expand our service contract business across Europe. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales to negotiate and finalize service contracts for our customers in collaboration with our sales teams across Europe. This position offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and partners to help them select the best service coverage for their needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues from sales, customer consulting, product management, and regional teams
  • Manage the entire service contract sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and ensuring accurate customer purchase orders, with the goal of achieving high coverage rates for our systems
  • Respond to and coordinate tenders for service contracts as needed
  • Maintain a professional and innovative image of Brainlab with customers and colleagues
