Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
  • Utilize logic controllers and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
  • Assist with facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical failures
  • Weld or fabricate parts as needed for repairs
  • Conduct electrical repairs and installations as required
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians when necessary
  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests

Skills:


  • Strong technical skills in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
  • Proficiency in using logic controllers and CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
  • Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing equipment failures
  • Welding skills for fabricating parts as needed
  • Electrical skills for conducting repairs and installations
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide junior technicians
  • Excellent customer service skills to respond promptly to maintenance requests
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in English
