- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor and assess patient health, documenting any changes in condition.
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients and their families.

- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and charts.
- Educate patients and families about endoflife care and available support services.
- Current LVN license in CA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
