Job Summary:
The Stewardship Liaison is primarily responsible for implementing and recording donor stewardship efforts to build a deeper relationship with donors with the goal of increasing donor retention.
Specific Duties:
- Call donors to thank them for their gift and engage in conversation to build a strong relationship between the donor and SVdP
- Implement efforts to reinstate lapsed donors
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager, Legacy & Gift Planning
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player with a desire to collaborate/brainstorm on ways to improve stewardship/retention efforts
- Familiar with utilizing a computer, Word and Excel programs and the Salesforce database
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred; all work experience considered
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds are required for this position
