Job Title:
Stewardship Liaison (Temporary)

Manager, Legacy & Gift Planning

Position Duration:
One Year


Job Summary:


The Stewardship Liaison is primarily responsible for implementing and recording donor stewardship efforts to build a deeper relationship with donors with the goal of increasing donor retention.


Specific Duties:


  • Call donors to thank them for their gift and engage in conversation to build a strong relationship between the donor and SVdP
  • Implement efforts to reinstate lapsed donors
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Manager, Legacy & Gift Planning

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player with a desire to collaborate/brainstorm on ways to improve stewardship/retention efforts
  • Familiar with utilizing a computer, Word and Excel programs and the Salesforce database

Education and Experience:


  • College degree preferred; all work experience considered

Physical Requirements:


  • Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds are required for this position
