- Managing an 8-person team in the area of SPV Operations
- Providing administrative services in Real Estate key account management
- Developing and optimizing processes to ensure timely and high-quality reporting and valuation
- Maintaining relationships with client representatives and other stakeholders & communicating with clients on complex issues
- Analyzing legal regulations and implementing them into internal processes
- Training team members and guiding them in solving complex problems
- Acting as a representative for the Head of SPV Operations in their absence
- Communicating and expanding the interface with the Fund Accounting team
