The Opportunity:
As the Field Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and performing new Cafe launches to ensure quality execution. You will be our brand ambassador in the field. The general schedule for this position will be 9:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Perform Cafe launches for new clients, delivering and setting up our kiosks within the Pheonix area.
- Ensure the Cafe launch team and partners have the necessary supplies to execute a seamless and successful launch.
- Participate in and/or coordinate field checks to further operational excellence.
- Work crossfunctionally through your manager to improve the Cafe launch process in your assigned market(s).
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent problemsolving skills & a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment that encourages creative thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PPT)
- Capability to lift (up to) 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Education and Experience:
- Good timemanagement skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License, Registration, and current Auto Insurance.
- A good driving record
- Prior delivery or relevant field experience is preferred
