At NEWW, we pride ourselves as being customer-focused. We are currently looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our amazing team.Essential Job Functions:
- Key point of contact for customers and internal departments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate directly with customers and outside sales representatives either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Develop a working relationship with clients.
- Coordinate and resolve customer complaints by directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure all customer requests are responded to in a timely manner. This also applies to internal requests.
- Provide customers with updates on shipments, delays, etc.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Continually train on and understand the principles of flexographic printing, corrugated packaging and food safety.
- Process critical customer activities including order entry
- Invoice and order issue resolution
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
- Accurate data entry in HRMS system
- Process design requests
- Request pricing from vendors
- Receive and process customer purchase orders
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports (ie, inventory, sales reports, updated pricing) as needed and/or requested
- Perform other similar duties as required or as requested by supervisor.
- Support all sales persons assigned
- Analyze job specifications and work with the prepress department for accurate machine routing information for quotations
- Develop and prepare quotes, forward for review and approval, send to customers.
- Maintain and update estimating data base, including updating standard and variable costs.
- Resolve questions, concerns, and issues regarding quotes with clients and/or sales representatives
- Perform other similar duties as required by responsibility or necessity or as requested by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
- 5 Years of experience in a production/distribution customer service environment
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Experience in printing industry and/or packaging a plus
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
