    Empowered Staffing is partnered with a multifamily real estate owner and operator with a portfolio of properties (4,000+ units) across the East Coast.

    Due to growth, our client is looking to hire a Director of Property Management to oversee a team of Regional Property Managers and their teams of onsite Managers.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of the properties through hands-on mentorship and development of staff, aligning and implementing goals and KPIs and identifying opportunities for continued growth.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee a team of Regional Property Managers and Project Managers to ensure optimal performance at each location with a focus on occupancy, customer service, revenue and expense management
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for each region to achieve short term and long-term goals.
    • This role does require regional travel to visit sites and team members.
    • Continue to revise and implement programs and processes to streamline operations across the portfolio.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field (preferred)
    • 5+ years of multi-site or regional property management experience
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Proven track record of implement KPIs and best practices to streamline operations
    • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
    • Ability to travel as need to coach and develop leaders within the company
