Property Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Participation in lease management
  • Support in the handover and return of rental properties
  • Assistance with utility cost statements, recharges, and accounts payable & receivable
  • Support in insurance management
  • Customer service

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in property management, commercial tenancy law, or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
