We are looking for you as a working student Recruiting (m/f/x) to strengthen our People Team in Norman Park, GA.


Your tasks:

  • You support the recruiting team by independently coordinating job interviews and inviting candidates via email or phone
  • You actively work with our application management tool Umantis and continuously maintain it
  • You create job advertisements based on templates and post them not only on our career page, but also on Xing, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • You keep an eye on our career page and update it if necessary
  • You have the opportunity to take on smaller subprojects in the recruiting field, such as university marketing, active sourcing, or evaluations using our application management tool

Your skills:

  • You are currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology, or similar and have an interest in the recruiting world
  • You have strong organizational skills and technical understanding
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • In addition to your independent work style, your strengths also include teamwork and communication skills
  • Ideally, you have the capacity to support our People Team for at least 23 days a week, depending on your schedule
