About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Controller (m/f/x) for our location in Markt Schwaben.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Creation of the personnel budget in consultation with the HR management and analysis, monitoring, and control of personnelrelated processes
  • Creation and maintenance of meaningful HR key figures, development and implementation of efficient structures, ensuring clear and transparent HR controlling processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR data for meaningful reporting, as well as responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of HR data
  • Creation of the training budget in consultation with the HR management and independent creation of personnel provisions for the financial statements according to HGB and US GAAP (
