    Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform detailed equipment engineering for network augments:
      • Develop specifications for installation forces to install, turn-up, inventory, and configure equipment.
      • Obtain management approvals, issue purchase orders, create applicable diagrams/drawings, and ensure vendor delivery.
    • Ensure work meets engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards.
    • Develop Bill of Material and place orders for network equipment, racks, and hardware.
    • Define cable requirements, create cable running lists, and order necessary cables.
    • Order spares based on sparing plans or directed by capacity management.
    • Manage, input, and update the central Network Inventory Database to reflect new builds, additions, and decommissions.
