  • Support endtoend MA&D transaction execution activities
  • Support development of executivelevel presentations
  • Ad hoc analysis and special projects: Support executive sponsored special projects with dynamic requirements; succinctly and accurately present findings to leadership

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years of experience or Master's degree with a minimum 1 years of experience in business, finance, technical or a related discipline
  • Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize business and financial insights from multiple sources
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in financial analysis and/or strategy development
  • US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA or other, relevant graduate degree. A technical degree coupled with relevant business education or relevant work experience will also be considered
  • Specific experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry
  • Previous Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development experience
  • Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills paired with the ability to visualize in a meaningful manner
  • Dynamic selfstarter with strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple priorities, and the ability to function with mínimal guidance
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior levels of management
  • Current DOD Secret or Top Secret clearance

Salary Range:
$79,300 - $118,900

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
