As
Global Channel & Content Solutions Director, this position reports to the Sr Director, Global Customer Experience and will be part of the Global Experience Innovation (GXI) team in GCX.

The goal of GCX is a unified, consistent, and best-in-class customer experience. This position is responsible to develop relevant and personalized content and channel solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the global content and channel solutions' vision, overall strategy and roadmap which are in line with GCX's business priorities and customer's signature moments.
  • Responsible to partner with Global Strategic Marketing by working closely with content teams and keeping abreast of marketing content strategies, development to leverage and drive synergies.
  • Responsible to lead the overhaul of the FreeStyle Libre website ecosystem across countries to meet customers' expectations, increase community building and improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Responsible to develop a content solution strategy and supply chain to reduce content duplication globally and partner with GXI to deliver personalized content based on customer personas and touchpoints.
  • Partner with Customer Engagement function within GCX to develop & execute strategy and tactics which will drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work seamlessly within Global Experience Innovation and with Areafocused Customer Engagement Directors crossfunctional partners to ensure consistency and alignment of purpose to attain the GCX goal of unified and bestinclass customer experience.
  • Routinely communicate program progress, updates and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Be seen as a trusted leader with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and providing global guidance to ADC's CRM, Web & eCommerce community, including facilitating best practice sharing and coaching to Area/Affiliate Leads.
  • Responsible as a people leader to manage and develop a high performing Content & Channel Solutions Team.
  • Responsible to manage prograM/Function budget and optimize function spent.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field such as Marketing, Public Relations, Communication etc
  • 710 years of experience in development and development of digital strategies and solutions which include SEO, SEM, Acquisition, Mobile, Content Engines, eCommerce/website management.
  • Deep understanding and experience in a similar role within the Medical/Consumer technology or space and grounded in DirecttoConsumer experience at a minimum,
  • Experience in building digital teams and capabilities and track record in driving customer acquisition and loyalty in an omn
