Your future responsibilities:


Together with the Service Technology team, you ensure that machine maintenance at customers worldwide is always well organized and that malfunctions or complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.

Production failures should not occur and disruptions should be fixed immediately.

  • You plan the assignments of service technicians at customer sites, for example, for regular machine maintenance or in case of malfunctions and emergencies
  • You book the travels of service technicians and, if necessary, apply for the necessary travel visas
  • Your tasks also include ordering spare parts and coordinating their delivery
