Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in HR practices, and passionate about supporting employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Stay uptodate with employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices
  • Assist with HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
  • Utilize HR software platforms such as Quickbooks, Bamboo and other tools for efficient HR operations
  • Manage PTO Requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in HR software platforms such as Paylocity, iCIMS, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus

Pay:
From $49,000.00 per year
