Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of general ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with payroll processing
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform doubleentry bookkeeping
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with bank reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of technical accounting procedures
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Ability to perform 10key typing accurately
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting clerk role is a plus
- Monthly billing is time & materials.
- Availabilitiy to work with owner on creating larger invoices for installation projects.
- Live within Sonoma, CA.
