For our client, a primary and regular supplier in the southern region of Bavaria, we are currently seeking an attending physician (m/f/d) for thoracic surgery.

The hospital is an academic teaching hospital of the University of Munich and provides daily care for over 400 patients at multiple locations. The department for general, vascular, and thoracic surgery has approximately 15 inpatient beds and closely collaborates with radiology and neighboring disciplines. The thoracic surgery department is integrated with the pneumology department in a center.

The hospital is located in a beautiful and family-friendly region in southern Bavaria, close to the Austrian border. Spend your free time at one of the stunning lakes or hiking and mountain biking in the mountains.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Collaboration with the pneumology department
  • Operative care for patients in the field of thoracic surgery
  • Participation in on-call services
  • Ensuring emergency surgical care
  • Active and forward-thinking involvement in structures and processes
  • Active training of junior colleagues

Your profile - professionally and personally

  • German medical license
  • Specialist title in thoracic surgery
  • Several years of experience in common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
