Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the

Lead Security Receptionist:

Provides friendly, competent and professional reception and health screening services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies.

Employment Type:
Part Time (34 hours every two weeks)

Shift:
Week 1: Mon, Tues

2:30pm7:30pm, Sat
2:30pm9pm

Week 2:
Sun, Mon, Tues

2:30pm9pm

Weekly Scheduled Hours: 32

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the

Lead Security Receptionist:

Provides friendly, competent and professional reception and health screening services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies.

Meet and Greet Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.

Lobby Oversight:

Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff.

Workspace Cleanliness:
Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.

Reception Communication:
Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on
- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.

Health Screening:
Performs health screening of persons entering the facility following established regulatory guidelines and internal procedures. Ensures compliance with all established infection prevention measures. Ensure that health screening systems are in working order and PPE supplies are maintained.
