NOW HIRING:

_Responsibilities __of a _
_Concierge__:
_**- Develop rapport with residents through engaging conversation, actively listening to their stories, and providing emotional support.

  • Assist residents with essential tasks such as running errands, arranging transportation to appointments, and coordinating participation in desired activities.
  • Work alongside the care team to ensure residents receive optimal support. This includes keeping them informed of resident wellbeing changes, requests, and assisting with light tasks that promote resident independence.
  • Create a positive and engaging environment for residents by organizing social activities, facilitating interaction, and promoting a sense of connection among residents.

Note:
This role requires being on your feet for extended periods. We're looking for someone who is comfortable moving throughout the facility and directly engaging with residents.


_ Qualifications __of a _
_Concierge__:
_**- High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a concierge or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Experience in a longterm care (LTC) facility highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
