Description
Looking for a Janitorial Building Manager to oversee a few buildings in DOWNTOWN GRAND RAPIDS.

Responsible for dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and other detail cleaning in an office environment, while supervising a small team.

Additionally, keeping open and active lines of communication with management staff and customers, completing checklists, and training and coaching team.

Position is in the same location each day.


Janitorial and supervision experience required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Hours are Monday - Friday EVENINGS (No Weekends)

30-40 hours per week.

This cleaning position offers flexibility with hours and room to grow into management positions.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
