- Coordinate Service Technicians for service calls
- Monitor technician status
- Check work orders for accuracy and process billing
- Generate purchase orders for technicians
- Serve as the main point of contact, offering customer service and overseeing relationship management
- Handle customer phone calls for service requests
- Update customers or provide necessary documents as required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a related position or dispatch role
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Fundamental math skills
- Ability to prioritize workload based on customer needs and adapt accordingly
- Aptitude for both independent work and teamwork
- Excellent administrative, organizational, computer, customer service, and communication skills
- Flexible availability during peak times
- Clear background check and drug screen for employment
