The Department of Streets and Green Spaces, under the code number 3810/215 W, is looking for a dedicated employee to join our team as a Tree Inspector (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date, on an unlimited basis


Salary group/pay group:
A11, E11 TV-L


Part-time or full-time Location:
Schkopauer Ring 2, 12681 Berlin.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Safety inspections of trees in streets and green spaces
  • Planning and implementation of measures with costeffectiveness considerations
  • Documentation and archiving of legally valid inspection results
  • Data management for the Berlin tree cadastre and specialist departments
  • Support for political committees and citizen inquiries
  • Damage assessment and reporting of property damage
  • Management, planning, awarding, and billing of tree care and felling
  • Processing of excavation and special use applications

You bring:

  • Legal requirements for the career group 2/1.
Entry level of the career regulation for technical services, career branch of landscape conservation
or:

  • Interested applicants must have a degree in landscape architecture with a focus on gardening and landscaping
