Responsibilities:


  • Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Complete production reports and documentation as required

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
  • Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Vocational training or certification in machine operation or related field
  • Experience with specific types of machinery relevant to our industry

Ability to Relocate:

  • North Providence, RI: Relocate before starting work (required)
