Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Lead with a strong technical background to join our team.

As a Software Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients.

You will lead a team of talented software engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end delivery process.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of robust testing processes to ensure the delivery of highquality, defectfree software solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software delivery team, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Technical Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with expertise in modern webbased frameworks such as Angular, React, etc., backend REST frameworks such as.
NET Core API, etc. and database systems such as SQL Server, Postgres, etc. Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and AI/ML is a plus.

  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading software development projects from inception to delivery, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.


  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:


Certifications:
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) and/or software development methodologies.

Experience with DevOps Practices:
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD).


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, where the noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
  • While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role*Pay: $85, $103,334.65 per year
