The Children's Home (TCH) is a residential facility for adolescents.

TCH is seeking Child Care Specialists who have experience working in a residential or school setting with adolescents.


Shifts Available:
Sunday - Thursday 3 pm - 11 pm

Tuesday - Saturday 3 pm - 11 pm

Friday - Monday from 3 pm - 11 pm

The Child Care Specialist (CCS) is responsible:

  • Implementing activities and monitoring residents' behaviors
  • Following each resident's treatment plan to ensure that the therapeutic needs of all residents are met.
  • Following TCH procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the residential, day, and education programs and the safety and health of all residents
  • Implementing individualized programs to ensure that each resident receives homelike therapeutic, educational and personal care
  • Providing life skills to residents and ensuring cottage cleanliness
