    Special Needs Teacher Private Christian School.

    Are you looking for a place where you can change lives? Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a private Christian school in central Florida set on a horse ranch serving the unique needs of students with Autism and unique abilities. We are growing rapidly and are looking for vibrant, innovative, and experienced teachers for our students. Our classes have no more than 15 students, and our teachers are equipped with 2 teacher aides to support their instruction.     Qualifications:
    • BA degree. (education-related field preferred).
    • Teaching experience grades K-6.
    • Level 2 Background Check.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Lesson planning.
    • Classroom management.
    • Regular parent communication.
    • Grading.
    • Lesson plan adaptation.
    • Development of teaching assistants.
    About Hope Ranch Learning Academy:

    Our non-Denominational Christian Private School is set on a wooded horse ranch, and we focus on students with Autism and other learning disabilities. We use innovative teaching and classroom management techniques which include the Teaching Family Model and horse interaction as part of the academic experience.Classrooms consist of 1 Lead Teacher, 1-2 Teaching Assistants and a maximum of 15 students. The Elementary classroom has a 5:1 Student to Instructor ratio and our Middle and High School Classroom has a max of 8:1 Student to Instructor ratio.
