We are currently seeking a qualified and responsible individual to join our county social services department in the Integration Assistance and Care Support division in Pick City, ND.

As a medical or educational professional, you will play a crucial role in determining the nursing needs of our clients.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Assessing the nursing needs according to § 63a SGB XII and determining the necessary support measures,
  • Examining alternative support options and services in accordance with legal requirements,
  • Providing onsite counseling to clients and their families regarding their current living situation, available resources, social networks, and support systems,
  • Supporting clients and their families in times of changing needs and transitions, such as shortterm care,
  • Collaborating and networking with internal and external partners,
  • Participating in projects and representing the Social Services department, including within the context of § 67 SGB XII.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Staterecognized training as a health or (pediatric) nurse or caregiver with at least four years of professional experience in nursing,
